Sports & Wellness
Strength, Discipline & Healthy Living
The Eemaan Sport & Wellness Department aims to promote physical strength, discipline, confidence, and healthy living within an Islamic environment. Islam encourages believers to care for both body and soul, as the Prophet ﷺ said: “The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, while there is good in both.” (Sahih Muslim) Through fitness, martial arts, wellness activities, and character-building programmes, the department seeks to develop a balanced generation that is physically active, spiritually conscious, and morally upright.
Eemaan Islamic Complex
Training activities are organised at the Eemaan Islamic Complex, subject to programme availability and official admission.
