Incorporated under the Foundations Act No. 8 of 2012, Eemaan Foundation stands as a formally recognized legal entity governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.

Founded by Dr. Hussein Bhaye Peerbaye, the institution is built upon structural integrity and an unwavering commitment to education, religion, welfare, and community upliftment.
