Full Description

This assessment is based solely on publicly available information: the platform's own promotional material, participant accounts, independent reporting, and published regulatory notices. Eemaan Foundation has not had access to the company's governing member contracts, audited accounts, or actual financial flows. No direct access to such materials has been obtained. This limitation is stated openly because it defines what can and cannot be concluded. Where facts material to the Shariah characterisation of a transaction remains undisclosed or cannot be independently verified, the resulting uncertainty is itself relevant to the Shariah assessment. The conclusions below are therefore firm where the evidence is firm, and expressly conditional where the underlying facts remain unverified.
